Refund policy

Our commitment Every piece that leaves our hands has been personally inspected. If something is not right when it arrives with you, we will make it right.

Return eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the piece must be:

  • Unworn and undamaged
  • In its original 925 Origins packaging
  • Accompanied by the Certificate of Authenticity

Pieces showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to initiate a return Email sales@925origins.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Do not ship anything back without receiving return instructions first.

Return shipping For returns due to a change of mind or sizing: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

For returns due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part: we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Exchanges We encourage exchanges over refunds. If you would like a different piece, we offer free return shipping on all exchanges. Email us and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at sales@925origins.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement immediately — no return required.

Final sale items Any items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
