Shipping policy

925 Origins currently ships to all 50 U.S. states and Mexico. We do not ship internationally at this time.

U.S. orders are fulfilled through our standard checkout at 925origins.com.

Mexico orders — contact us directly at sales@925origins.com or via Instagram DM @925origins. We will confirm availability, pricing in MXN, and arrange delivery through a local courier.

Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time Standard delivery: 5–7 business days from ship date. Expedited delivery: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).

Shipping carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on your location and order size. All shipments include tracking and insurance for the full declared value of your order.

Tracking your order You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at sales@925origins.com.

Insurance Every order is insured for its full retail value. In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, we will replace your order at no cost. We require you to report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Free shipping We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $200.

Important note on delivery addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. 925 Origins is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at sales@925origins.com — we can correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
